Yesterday was our first Obedience show of the year. It was indoors which I really didnt like, very cramped and crowded and lots of dogs. Kody was a very brave boy and although he was really out of his comfort zone he coped well and tried really hard.
We had good results considering how little training we have done (I know I need to do more!)
He got a 4th in Introductory and a 6th in Pre Beginner. In both classes we had to do a run off for placings, each time it was a recall which is our weakest skill at the moment, he sits a bit wonky when he comes in so it often loses us marks. We will be working on it over the next few months. Certainly not a bad start to 2015 though :)
