On Friday afternoon we headed off to mum and dads for the weekend. It was really hot travelling and due to there being some earlier accidents on the M5 and M6 it took forever to get there. We arrived just before 7, had some dinner and then Me, Mum and Dad took the dogs for a nice long walk.
.
We took the dogs to a stream which starts from Fair Oak and walked along the path up to Slitting Mill. It was really hot so the dogs were in and out of the stream for the whole walk and came back absolutely soaked. mum thought it would be a good idea to paddle with them at one point but she ended up wetter than them I think!

Yesterday me and Brian had a lovely day, just the two of us. We were booked onto a Canine Massage Workshop for Agility Dogs and it was fantastic. It was held just outside Bromsgrove.
In the morning we learnt about the dogs bone and Muscle structure and common problem areas in dogs. We took a break for lunch and took the dogs to Sanders Park in Bromsgrove for an hour. Brian had a great time, he swam in a horrible Boggy Pond with the ducks and then had a splash about in a clean stream to rinse off. In the afternoon part of the workshop we learnt how to warm our dogs up with massage techniques for before agility and how to cool them down after. It was a very informative course. Brian seemed to have fallen for the lady (Nat) who took us for the course, whenever she came over to him he went all silly and tried to get her to stroke him. As it's Brian's birthday in July I have decided to book him in for a Massage with Nat as a treat.

This morning me and mum took the dogs back down to the stream for one more walk, they had a good splash about and run around before lunch. They had a relax in the garden for a bit and had a nice Sunday dinner before we headed off back home. I think after their weekend of excitement they are shattered as the are all fast asleep.
